Benvinguts al Col·legi Nuestra Señora de Montesión. El nostre centre forma part de la Companyia de Jesús i va ser fundat l’any 1561 a Palma (Mallorca), essent el col·legi més antic que en aquests moments té en funcionament la Companyia.
Des de llavors, la formació i educació de les noves generacions han estat els nostres objectius. El col·legi té dos centres acadèmics on es disposen les aules de les diferents etapes. A Son Moix es troben les etapes de Primària i Educació Secundària Obligatòria i, al centre de Palma, al costat de l’església i en el mateix lloc on va ser fundat el col·legi, es troben les etapes de Batxillerat i Cicles Formatius.
Des de fa uns anys treballem amb el model pedagògic MIRA. MIRA, Montesión imaginant, renovant l’aprenentatge. Un model educatiu que romp les estructures habituals de l’ensenyament, temps i espai, per oferir una nova forma d’aprendre a través de projectes i treball cooperatiu.
D’altra banda, a Montesión acompanyem l’alumnat en el seu creixement integral, contribuint a la formació de persones disposades a transformar el món. L’objectiu de l’educació ignasiana és formar individus conscients, competents, compassius i compromesos. Quatre qualitats que es complementen i que constitueixen el que entenem per una educació de qualitat. Mitjançant aquest caràcter ignasià, preparem l’alumnat per a assolir l’excel·lència en totes les seves competències: intel·lectuals, socials, espirituals, físiques, artístiques i tècniques. En totes les etapes treballem per potenciar el talent de l’individu perquè arribi a ser una persona creativa, resolutiva i emprenedora.
Willkommen in der Schule Nuestra Señora de Montesión. Unsere Schule ist Teil der Gemeinschaft des Jesuiten Ordens und wurde 1561 in Palma (Mallorca) gegründet. Sie ist die älteste Schule, die der Orden derzeit betreibt.
Die Aus- und Weiterbildung des Nachwuchses ist seither unser Ziel. Die Schule verfügt über zwei akademische Zentren, in denen die Klassenzimmer der verschiedenen Stufen angeordnet sind. In Son Moix befinden sich die Stufen der Primar- und Sekundarschulbildung und im Zentrum von Palma, neben der Kirche, befindet sich die Stufen des Abiturs und der Berufsbildung. Sie steht heute noch an der gleichen Stelle, wo die Schule 1561 gegründet wurde.
Seit einigen Jahren arbeiten wir mit dem pädagogischen Modell MIRA. MIRA, Montesión imaginant, renovant l’aprenentatge (Montesión erdenkt und renoviert das Lernen). Ein Bildungsmodell, das die üblichen Lehr-, Zeit- und Raumstrukturen durchbricht, um durch Projekte und kooperatives Arbeiten eine neue Art des Lernens zu bieten.
Auf der anderen Seite unterstützen wir bei Montesión Studenten in ihrem ganzheitlichen Wachstum und tragen zur Ausbildung von Menschen bei, die bereit sind, die Welt zu verändern. Das Ziel der ignatianischen Bildung ist es, bewusste, kompetente, mitfühlende und engagierte Menschen auszubilden. Vier Qualitäten, die sich ergänzen und das ausmachen, was wir unter einer qualitativ hochwertigen Ausbildung verstehen. Durch diesen ignatianischen Charakter bereiten wir die Schüler darauf vor, in all ihren Fähigkeiten Spitzenleistungen zu erbringen. Intelligenz, Spiritualität, sowie soziale, körperliche, künstlerische und technische Fähigkeiten stehen für uns im Vordergrund. In allen Lernniveaus arbeiten wir daran, das Talent des Einzelnen zu fördern, damit er ein kreativer, entscheidungsfreudiger und unternehmungslustiger Mensch wird.

Desde entonces, la formación y la educación de las nuevas generaciones han sido nuestros objetivos. El colegio tiene dos centros académicos en los que se disponen las aulas de las diferentes etapas. En Son Moix se encuentran las etapas de Primaria y Educación Secundaria Obligatoria y, en el centro de Palma, junto a la iglesia y en el mismo sitio donde fue fundado el colegio, se encuentran las etapas de Bachillerato y Ciclos Formativos.
Desde hace unos años trabajamos con el modelo pedagógico MIRA. MIRA, Montesión imaginando, renovando el aprendizaje. Un modelo educativo que rompe las estructuras habituales de la enseñanza, tiempo y espacio, para ofrecer una nueva forma de aprender a través de proyectos y trabajo cooperativo.
Por otro lado, en Montesión acompañamos al alumnado en su crecimiento integral, contribuyendo a la formación de personas dispuestas a transformar el mundo. El objetivo de la educación ignaciana es formar a individuos conscientes, competentes, compasivos y comprometidos. Cuatro cualidades que se complementan y que constituyen lo que entendemos por una educación de calidad. Mediante este carácter ignaciano, preparamos al alumnado para alcanzar la excelencia en todas sus competencias: intelectuales, sociales, espirituales, físicas, artísticas y técnicas. En todas las etapas trabajamos para potenciar el talento del individuo para que llegue a ser una persona creativa, resolutiva y emprendedora.
Welcome to the Colegio Nuestra Señora de Montesión. Our center is a part of the Society of Jesus and was founded in 1561 in Palma (Mallorca), we are the oldest school that the Company currently has in operation.
Since then, the training and education of the new generations to come has been our objective. The school has two academic centers in which the classrooms are divided into which is based on age and academic stage that students are in. In Son Moix there are the stages of Primary and Compulsory Secondary Education and, in the center of Palma, next to the church and in the same place where the school was founded, are the stages of Baccalaureate and Training Cycles.
For a few years we have been working with the MIRA pedagogical model. MIRA meaning, Montesión, imagining, renewing, and learning. An educational model that breaks the usual structures of teaching, time, and space, to offer a new way of learning through projects and cooperative work.
On the other hand, here at Montesión we accompany students in their integral growth, by contributing to the training of students willing to transform the world. The goal of Ignatian education is to train conscientious, competent, compassionate, and committed individuals. These four qualities compliment each other and make up what we understand to be a superior education. Through this Ignatian character, we prepare students to achieve excellence in all their skills: intellectual, social, spiritual, physical, artistic and technical. At all stages we work to enhance the talent of the individual to become a creative, decisive and entrepreneurial person.
